Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently.

- Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type accurately and navigate computer systems.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville, TX location.
