Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and resolve inquiries regarding products and services with a high degree of professionalism.
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical support via phone and chat.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all call scripts, policies, and quality assurance guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or management when necessary.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM and navigate multiple computer screens simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential for remote/hybrid roles.
