Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume incoming and outgoing customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams or management when necessary.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance the customer experience and meet revenue targets.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and patience while managing difficult situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.
