- Document interactions accurately per compliance standards
- Collaborate with team leads during peak call volumes
- Participate in bi-weekly product training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication skills (English/Spanish bilingual+)
- Type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Windows OS and multitasking tools
- Reliable transportation to downtown Manhattan facility
- Availability for rotating weekend shifts
