Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts.
- Update customer account information accurately in our CRM database.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as required.
- Escalate complex issues to senior agents or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
