- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain detailed records.
- Provide clear product information and assist with troubleshooting technical issues.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor during peak call times and difficult situations.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as scheduled.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous customer service experience is not required due to our paid training program.
