Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls during weekend shifts.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Update customer records and log interactions in the CRM database.
- Assist with order processing, returns, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
