Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call handling time, CSAT scores)
- Document interactions accurately in customer records
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills
- Maintain strict compliance with data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with accuracy
- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic software
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts required)
- Positive attitude under pressure and multitasking ability
- Reliable transportation to downtown Oklahoma City location
