- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure complete customer history.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call handling times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during high-pressure situations.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills.
