- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed call logs
- Meet/exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) like CSAT and first-call resolution
- Collaborate with supervisors to address escalated customer concerns
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months call center or customer service experience
