Responsibilities

- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads during shift handovers

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) with weekday flexibility
