Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for Pennsylvania-based accounts with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns for PA clients
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet/exceed KPIs: First Call Resolution (85%), Customer Satisfaction (90%+)
- Maintain strict compliance with PA regulatory requirements and data privacy
- Participate in ongoing training on new products and PA-specific protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Weekend availability and reliable high-speed internet
- Experience with PA-specific regulations (HIPAA/PCI compliance beneficial)
