Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Meet/exceed performance metrics: call quality, resolution rates, and CSAT scores
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex cases

Qualifications
