Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday).
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
