Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and quality goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Reliable availability for weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
