Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inbound/Outbound Calls: Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate information with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Proactively listen to customer needs, identify solutions, and maintain high CSAT scores.
- Document Interactions: Accurately log call details, account notes, and resolutions into the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide expert assistance during weekend shifts.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex issues and escalate them to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required for all applicants.
- Reliable High-Speed Internet: Stable and secure internet connection is essential for remote work.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using Windows or Mac OS and navigating web-based applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work Fridays through Sundays (rotating shifts preferred).
