Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately input customer data and transaction details into our CRM systems during and after calls.
- Follow up on pending issues to ensure complete resolution and customer retention.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance to meet daily performance KPIs.
- Assist in the orientation and onboarding of new hires during the active hiring event.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center operations is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as scheduled.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup if working remotely (NC options).
