Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at our premium beachfront resort
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries during peak weekend hours
- Collaborate with team to maintain pristine lobby and common areas
- Upsell resort amenities and local experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- Available for Friday-Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Outstanding communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to Miami Beach location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- No prior hospitality experience required – training provided
- Must pass standard background check
