Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues, answer product questions, and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone in all written communications.
- Log all customer interactions and issue resolutions into the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure consistent service quality across all channels.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in chat support, email support, or customer service is preferred but not required for immediate starters.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Strong written communication skills with proper grammar and spelling.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
