Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions regarding products and services efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while keeping the customer informed.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) across all weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve chat scripts and FAQs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, chat support, or technical support is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and available for immediate start.
- Familiarity with CRM software and chat platforms is highly desirable.
