Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via real-time chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Master company products/services to provide accurate technical support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Document interactions and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Identify trends to improve customer experience workflows
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat-Sun, 10am-6pm)
- Maintain 24/7 availability during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or tech support experience
- Exceptional written communication skills (type 60+ WPM)
- Proficiency in CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Ability to multitask in high-volume chat environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Weekend availability mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must attend in-person LA hiring event
