Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions regarding our products/services.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve response times and satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and adhere to quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent grammar and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
