What You Will Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service through real-time text-based communication.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve response times and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing speed.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required due to our paid training program.
Responsibilities

- Evaluate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Enter data accurately into the CRM system.
- Communicate product features and services clearly to customers.
