Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person assistance and digital support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Maintain organized displays and ensure store cleanliness and safety standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to optimize weekend operations
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta location
