Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring optimal customer service and team performance
- Manage staff scheduling and task delegation for 5-7 team members
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Train new weekend staff on operational procedures
- Prepare shift handover reports for weekday managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong cash handling and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
