Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer service at weekend events and retail locations
- Process transactions using point-of-sale systems while maintaining accurate records
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with inventory management and product merchandising during weekend operations

Qualifications

- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays, 8am-6pm)

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
- Valid Michigan driver's license (if location requires travel)
