Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Manage weekend event registrations and community program inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Support community outreach initiatives and weekend event logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Address client concerns with empathy and problem-solving solutions
- Assist with facility maintenance and weekend readiness tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged
- 1+ years customer service or community engagement experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (if transportation required)
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis community resources preferred
