Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding customer accounts and orders.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate product or service issues to the relevant departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
