Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer support across multiple channels (in-person, phone, digital)
- Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining brand standards
- Process transactions and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance weekend operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction

- Contribute to weekend team meetings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday, 8am-6pm)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-traffic environments
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital platforms
- Valid California ID and authorization to work in the US
- Experience with CRM software preferred (Salesforce a plus)
