Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
