Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain organized merchandise displays
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative support

Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with approachable personality
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Reliable transportation to our Las Vegas location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
