- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 10AM-6PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets
- Participate in monthly weekend staff training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (no weekday obligations)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and retail software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Flexible schedule adaptation during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- NYC retail familiarity preferred
