Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at high-end retail locations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and inventory management
- Collaborate with weekend teams to maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- Support inventory audits and stock replenishment during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while adhering to company service standards
- Complete weekend shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability exclusively on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the US
