Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandise presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
