- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized retail spaces and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Support weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
