- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests via phone, email, and in-person
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock during weekend operations
- Assist with event setup and weekend venue preparation
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a friendly demeanor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces during shifts
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
