Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entry, answering questions regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using POS systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Organize store merchandise and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stock shelves and restock inventory during downtime to ensure product availability.
- Monitor store appearance and report any maintenance issues to management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
