Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions and handling returns efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and cleaning sales floors.
- Handle cash transactions with strict adherence to company policies and security procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and maintain operational standards.
- Resolve minor customer issues and escalations to the shift supervisor when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and some holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
