Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and performing regular inventory counts.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Store Security: Monitor the sales floor to ensure safety and prevent theft.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform moderate physical tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail regarding product presentation and inventory accuracy.
- Computer Literacy: Basic comfort with technology and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
