Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common technical issues for clients in the San Antonio area.
- Schedule appointments and service calls for our field technicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and service tickets.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
