Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve complex billing inquiries, technical issues, and account modifications
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining 100% accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in CRM systems
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to handle complex technical or billing inquiries
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
