Job Summary
We are looking for reliable candidates to handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and ensure our store runs smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
- Assist in restocking inventory and keeping the backroom organized.
- Handle cash handling procedures with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- A valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
