Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, account inquiries, and service orders.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team lead to ensure seamless coverage and workflow during off-peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
