Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in reporting stock discrepancies to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to uphold store hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (no week-day shifts required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the store location.
