Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing detailed product information.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
