Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and provide detailed information.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and price adjustments efficiently and in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems is a plus.
