Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Organize and maintain product displays to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Restock inventory and assist with stockroom organization during quiet periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Clean and sanitize the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas regularly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
