Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly demeanor and assist with product inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash and digital payments with precision.
- Organize the sales floor and stockrooms to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth operations during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but training is provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
