Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service with a professional attitude.
- Assist with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions securely.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and dress code standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg) occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
