Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, account, and service issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with company protocols
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and first-call resolution
- Participate in weekend hiring events for new team onboarding
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral or Southern US dialect
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Georgia driver's license if local travel required
